DON’T PUT UP SECURITY

Proverbs 6:1-5

If you have put up security for your neighbor, my son, or if you have entered into an agreement with a stranger, you have been trapped with your words, you have become ensnared by the words you have spoken.

Do this and deliver yourself, for you have put yourself under the power of your neighbor. Go, humble yourself and plead with your neighbor. Don’t sleep on it, or allow yourself to slumber, my son.

Escape like a deer from a hunter, or as a bird from a fowler’s trap.
