The Psalms

My lips will shout for joy when I sing praises to You, because You have redeemed me.

I will praise You with a harp for Your faithfulness my God. I will sing to You with a lyre, Holy One of Israel.

You will increase my honor and comfort me once again.

You, who have showed us many great troubles, will quicken us again and bring us up from the depths of the earth.

Your righteousness reaches to the highest heavens, oh God. You have done great things, who can compare to You?

Do not abandon me now that I am old and gray, O God, let me show Your strength to this generation, Your power to those who come after me.

God, You have taught me from my youth and I constantly tell others of Your wondrous works.
